Our aim is to get your order to you as safely & quickly as possible & we use selected couriers to track & trace your delivery.

Costs depend on your location:

• Delivery within Ireland €6
• Delivery To UK €10
• Delivery to rest of Europe €12
• Delivery outside of above is €15 & will be sent with an post

(Please note we are not responsible for any customs costs incurred)

Ms. Ellies Boutique offer a 7 day returns policy. Just send back the parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip, & we will process your refund asap (less delivery charge).

Terms & conditions:

• Items must be returned & received within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition no tags removed & no odours on the item (perfume, smoke etc)
• Please state reason for return
• If you request an exchange please clearly state this & we will contact you to pay for P&P of replacement item
• The responsibly of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back
• Ms. Ellie's Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the goods
• Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method
• We will issue refund within 2 days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank
• Strictly No refunds on sale items
